Support

Support for everyday sewing

Sewlavie support is here to help with setup, product questions, orders, warranty, and everyday troubleshooting. Whether you are threading a machine for the first time or comparing the 1130 and 360, we want the next step to feel clear.

What we can help with

  • Product setup: threading, bobbin setup, stitch selection, speed control, extension table use, serger threading, and rolled hem setup.
  • Choosing a machine: deciding between a regular sewing machine and a serger based on your project.
  • Troubleshooting: skipped stitches, thread breaks, uneven seams, fabric feeding issues, tension checks, and basic care.
  • Orders and shipping: order status, delivery questions, and missing or damaged package help.
  • Warranty questions: both current Sewlavie machines include a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Before you contact us

For faster help, please have these details ready:

  • Your machine model: Sewlavie 1130 or Sewlavie 360.
  • Your order number, if your question is about an order.
  • A short description of what you are trying to make.
  • Photos or a short video of the issue, if available.
  • The fabric, thread, and needle you are using.

Machine choice questions

Choose the Sewlavie 1130 for everyday sewing, repairs, buttonholes, decorative stitches, and quilting support. Choose the Sewlavie 360 when you want cleaner seam finishing, overlock stitching, rolled hems, and better edge control on many knit or stretch fabrics.

Important note about sergers

A serger is usually a companion to a regular sewing machine, not a full replacement. The Sewlavie 360 is designed for trimming and finishing fabric edges. For buttonholes, decorative stitches, and general sewing, use a regular sewing machine like the Sewlavie 1130.
